Tax Credit Dates Extended for First Time Buyers

New Page 1 New Page 1 The deadline for the first time buyer tax credit has been EXTENDED!   First time buyers have until April 30, 2010 to contract for a new home and receive the $8000 federal tax credit.   Legislation also offers $6500 to buyers who owned their prior home for at least 5 years.   This is great news!
